1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MCP Monitor ("the Service"), operated by THG SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCP Monitor is a real-time monitoring and observability platform for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. The Service includes a web dashboard, an API, and an npm SDK that allows developers to track tool calls, errors, costs, and performance of their AI agents.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

The Free plan includes 5,000 logs per month, 1 agent, 2 alert rules, and 24-hour data retention. No credit card is required.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan costs $39 per month and includes 50,000 logs per month, unlimited agents, all alert rules, and 30-day data retention. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing customers. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

The data you send to MCP Monitor through the SDK (tool call logs, parameters, responses) is stored on our servers. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Free plan data is retained for 24 hours. Pro plan data is retained for 30 days. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss after the retention period.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THG SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The MCP Monitor name, logo, and Service are the property of THG SAS. The SDK is released under the MIT License. You retain ownership of your data.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rennes, France.
